Engaged

If there is ever a good reason to write an entry to my blog, then this would be it. A few of us went camping over the weekend, Sunday and Monday being 'Thanksgiving', up to an amazing glacial lake in Garibaldi national Park near Squamish. On Monday morning Charlene and I were engaged to be married.

She is a gem and I thank God for this dear companion he has allowed to walk with me so far, not just for the many shared smiles and adventures, but for the heart that is aligned, and the encouragement that frees me to have a go at things I'd normally be afraid. She's a gooder and I look forward to hanging out with Charlene for a long time yet.
